SCPI Commander2.8 - App Store

This app will connect to any LXI enabled instrument. You can control and get data back using for example SCPI (Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments) or any other kind of commands that can be send as plain ASCII over socket.

VERSION - Retuns the SCPI-Commander version.
BUILDNR - Returns the SCPI-Commander build number.
TIMESTAMP - Returns the number of seconds since jan 1 2001 00:00:00.
SPEED - Returns the current speed in ms.

Bug fixes:

Logging - Sometimes when live plotting starts an empty row was added to the session history is now fixed.
All math and comparison is now done using double instead of float to increase the accuracy and range.

Plot Waveform Infiniivision Bin Xaxis.txt - Show how to scale the x-axis
Timestamp.txt - Shows how to use the timestamp to calculate the time. 2.7 10/19/2020 New Feature:

Plot/Chart: Possible to change the X-axis scale by two new commands, X-axis# and XScale.

Bug fixes:

Logging measurement: Sometimes when live-plotting was turned off, plotting the measurement after finished logging will no longer show an empty plot.
Plot/Chart: In rare cases printing the plot/chart will no longer print an empty sheet. 2.6 10/13/2020 New Reserved variables:

ErrorRow - Row number of the last error, -1 no error
ErrorMsg - The last error message, empty then no error
Timems - Current time hh:mm:ss:mmm (with millisecond)

Bug fix:

PlotCSV Command will now plot the values and not use approximation between values. Added a new demo script showing the PlotCSV command. 2.4 10/06/2020 New commands added:

ClosePlot & CloseChart - Closes the plot/chart view
OpenPlot & OpenChart - Open the plot/chart view and the last plot/chart is shown.
ClearPlot & ClearChart - If the plot/chart view is open the plot/chart is cleared immediately. If the view is not opened, the plot/chart will be cleared when it opens before next plot/chart is drawn.
